Overview

About Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipes

Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Pipes are manufactured using high-density polyethylene. They are designed with a corrugated outer wall for high ring stiffness and structural strength, and a smooth inner wall for maximum flow efficiency. DWC pipes are the modern, cost-effective replacement for traditional concrete (RCC), metal (GI), and PVC pipes in sewerage, storm water drainage, and underground cable protection systems.

Manufacturing

Our DWC pipes are co-extruded using state-of-the-art machinery that ensures perfect bonding between the outer corrugated wall and inner smooth wall. Ring stiffness class (SN4, SN8) is carefully controlled based on industry standards.
